Repeat abortions are no longer federally regulated, which is beneficial for blue states.

This is a very short part of a total video. Prior to this he was resisting arrest and asking the cops to shoot him. He was also the wrong suspect but it does not change his behavior of not cooperating. With that said the kick was also not necessary.
