On our annual parent/senior day, the Varsity Astros won a 1-0 pitcher's duel over Richards. Tyler Bartczak earned the win throwing 6 innings of 2 hit ball and 12 strikeouts. Niko Bucio threw the 7th for the save. Cole Hermanson wad 2-3 with an RBI.

In one of the most unique games I've ever been a part of, Shepard and Richards battled to a 7-7 tie into the 9th inning. The baseball gods saw enough on the day and the sprinklers came on with 1 out, bases loaded for us and Matt Maloney at the plate. Here's the picture.
