@SharpFootball This is exactly right. Evans stopped his route but that throw was in between two defenders and overthrown. Bad read and throw by Brady.

@LicensePlateGuy Gotta go Marshall. Believe he gave Montana a concussion, broke his hand and bruised his sternum on one hit. If I remember correctly, sideline report was something like “the report from the 49ers is that everything hurts.”

@Giants Impressive first drive for Daniel Jones there. Can see he's very comfortable with the timing of the quick passing game. He took a lot of those short throws that weren't wide open - you see many QBs pass those up. He kept the offense on schedule all drive as a result.

5) The #Saints had a big play here to Michael Thomas (right of the formation) if Brees had just a split second longer to throw. A quick inside rush by Ifeadi Odenigbo against left tackle Terron Armstead blew up this play, though. Another missed opportunity for the Saints. #Skol

@BenVolin That's actually a perfectly placed ball. Made the throw to beat the coverage. Gronk normally makes that play in his sleep. Bill Walsh school of passing - tell the receiver where the defense is coming from via ball placement

@ColinCowherd This is such a garbage take. In those games listed, his defense has allowed 29 PPG which is horrendous. In the games listed for Brady, his defense allowed 22 PPG. A touchdown difference. Packers scored more than 22 points in 8 of those 10 games listed. Would be 8-2

Love Vrabel's approach against the Patriots. Played man, pressed, and disrupted receivers. Disguised coverages. Brady couldn't always trust what he was seeing pre-snap. Made New England's offense look reactive instead of proactive. #TitanUp #GoPats #NEvsTEN

@RossTuckerNFL Not sure the game really "encapsulates" his career. It's not true that Rodgers has been a highlight-play-or-bust QB. And especially as it relates to Brady, Rodgers has a higher career comp% and has converted a higher % of 3rd downs (drive extenders) both passing and with his legs

This throw was awesome. Allen pump-faked to the flat initially to make sure the flat defender didn't run with the wheel. Post on the outside took CB with him. Allen kept his feet, and fired a pass that few QBs can complete. #FFR_2020_Josh_Allen_G #BillsMafia

1) Boy did the #Vikings miss Dalvin Cook’s presence in the lineup last year. After playing in under 50% of their offensive snaps in 2018 due to injury, Cook has been on the field for 70% of those snaps in 2019. And OC Kevin Stefanski has been putting him to use. #Skol

@RealSkipBayless @undisputed Skip's hatred for Aaron Rodgers is just entertaining at this point. This is a clear example of setting up a situation where if Rodgers wins, he was supposed to. If Brady wins, he's a hero who overcame. Somehow, the Pats at home against a 3-3-1 team are an underdog in Skip's mind.

Reminder: much of what you see in training camp should be taken with a grain of salt. QBs will often try to "experiment" to see what types of throws work, what they can get away with, and what they can't. They aren't always approaching every snap as if it's a real game.
