The LV summit is the highest point of the epicardial LV. It is covered by the tip of the LAA. This is where: ✔ The LMCA becomes LAD. ✔ The GCV becomes AIV. ✔ Part of the RVOT overlaps the LV inflow. LVS VAs can be ablated from the GCV/AIV, LCC, or RVOT. #EPeeps #CardioTwitter
