25 years old today.
Had a doctor’s appointment this week and I’m officially down 88lbs since the beginning of 2024.
I still feel like shit but I’m in a pretty good mental state knowing the progress I’m making. I celebrated with close friends / family.
Excited for the future 😁

I have lost 85lbs in 2024 so far.
Intermittent fasting is crazy man.
The only diet I’ve done where you don’t have any crazy diet restrictions and you can still consistently see the scales go down.
Working towards better life and that range day 🫡

I have been trying out these 36-hour fasts again for the first time since Lizzy died.
I finally got the mental capacity back to do them and I’ve fasted for 40+ hours 2 times this past week.
It’s now been 42 hours since I’ve had food
The scales are soaring down, really happy :)

I’m excited for this game man. I absolutely hate the risk you have to take in Tarkov and how often you’d come across sweaty players who play the game 5 hours a day.
The open world aspect, being able to retrieve your kit, and more of an emphasis on PvE… sounds perfect for me.

Yeah most people will be struggling to run this game at 2560x1440 on a high end rig, and this guy has a 3xxx card trying to run it at a resolution exponentially higher than that, and his FPS isn't even bad?

Yeah man I was hospitalized for 61 days in 2021 with COVID and my body got SUPER fucked up.
Came back home with an unbelievable amount of nerve damage / nerve pain, a limp arm. etc.
Still recovering to this day but needless to say the hit to my mental health ended my career.
