Today I decided to start a thread reviewing one rare genetic kidney disease a day which I will share with you in 280 words or less. Although not all rare diseases have disease specific therapy, the diagnosis itself is therapeutic. Time to realize that rare is common!

UAB emedicine advocating again for telehealth and cross state licensure especially for rare diseases. We need to make licensure make sense in an era where telemedicine is a game changer for so many in need.
