@ShaneSparksBTN I love some good mat wrestling but it‘s not what the fans want to watch. Case in point: I just looked at @B1GWrestling ‘s Instagram. There’s a reason that out if the last 40 match clips, 93% or 37/40 are from guys scoring from their feet. That’s the primary source of engagement.

@Rhino184 I love mat wrestling, but I love wrestling more. Continue to allow that much dead time during a match and you kill the sport. I’m not saying take it out, but you have guys pitching tents and camping fires during the 2nd & 3rd period with no repercussions.

Every period starts on your feet. Two takedowns + a :30 second ride out gets you riding time. More action, more points, more excitement, but most important, MORE WRESTLING.
