But soft, what Jock through yonder Twitter tweets? Likes are declarations of undying fealty. Retweets unconditionally endorse entire belief systems.

@RupertLowe10 @connor_naismith His grammar was so bad that he actually said you were, even though I’m certain he didn’t understand his own double negative 🤣

@SandyofCthulhu Find the aliens that moved or pastiched the Roman building (because that's more believable than space-travelling equites).

@elonmusk The problem there is that he made a brilliant point cogently and quickly - "you have 850bn and you say you don't know where it went" - but then instead of watching her flounder, he kept talking and ultimately changed his point (which she jumped at with both hands) without reply.

@libsoftiktok All the people saying "but it won't work because of the 90 day limit" or "you won't get healthcare on a tourist visa" etc are missing that *it's a grift*. She's not going anywhere. She said she wants 10k followers to get monetised and she means it. The rest is the misdirection.

@Gobbledego93211 @ClarkeMicah There are easy ways to read an *archive* of any article you like on the mail/MoS. An *archive* *is* what you're looking for.

@theiaincameron I was on Carn an Righ in the autumn of last year and two ravens, having done some amazing acrobatics, left and returned driving a slightly flustered golden eagle ahead of them. They chased it all the way over to Glas Tuileachan.

@farhip Software engineering, and I was bloody good at it. I went and did a different degree entirely for fun, worked meanwhile in the sector (unknown to the uni) and then walked into a role upon graduation. You were - and are - mediocre and unremarkable: others were not.

@farhip @DunPoliticing So do you believe that Thunberg was wrong in her lauded views on climate change at age 16? A yes or no will suffice, although links to you saying so at the time would be both surprising and conclusive.

@dkb12316528 @yulenbilbao In wartime on the far side of the world? Do you think they were going to heave to and stick on a pristine new coat so she looked pretty when she sunk?

@Nymdok @enbismwnplgt I thought for a second that you meant Larry Ellison, who is even more litigious, by a factor that requires scientific notation to usefully express.

@Gazzer_Oxon @arslanu2 @realDonaldTrump If your “wellll ackshually!” midwit rebuttal is that it was paid for out of Saudi then why could the Saudis not fund Somalis as easily as they did Afghanis?

@arslanu2 @realDonaldTrump Obviously you're not super-smart but let me break some news to you: terrorists living in "one of the poorest nations" with "minimal state control and infrastructure" suffering "geographic isolation and economic hardship" took down the Twin Towers. They were called Al Qaeda.

@80s_Kidz Jock Barr (pr. "Joke Bawr") newsagents in Hughfield Road, Mauchline in the 80s. Purveyors of 10p mix-ups and the ever-racy News of the World. About twice the floor area of a sub-compact car and now a crappy wee Keystore:

For the Americans (and a lot of British people): Owen was a minor figure in the orbit of Corbyn's failed version of the Labour party for a few years. He wrote rage-bait columns for the Guardian and gets lampooned a *lot*. He's hugely embittered by the death of his authoritarian dream and oh boy does it show!
