You've got it muddled up there. 67 removed the discriminatory exclusion - it did not provide any positive mention. There is no mention of Australia's first peoples in the Constitution. There is a 'race' power. This change will provide a new power for legislating the Voice - not based on race.

@PatrickKiem @PressClubAust Yes, there are systemic / structural problems. No matter who is in power = no results. We have ideas. Our local community ideas will mean better solutions, and over time less pressure on the budget. It won't happen overnight, but all sides know its key to progress.
