For those saying your bank will never call you. Barclays just called me as they have many times before. They ask name, address & DOB to confirm who you are, & call from a withheld number. It’s usually to update you on queries/complaints etc. And yes it was actual Barclays.

Ok - this whole producer/short discourse…where are the efforts to bring producers & writers & directors together? That holy triangle has to be in place for an application. So people STRUGGLE. Producers don’t like being robots. They want to be involved in the creative process. 1/

If you don’t yet have a producer for your short film and wanting to apply for BFI NETWORK funding, PLEASE consider this. You won’t be able to resubmit the same project next year if it’s declined due to rushing this process. You and your producer NEED to be United on all fronts x
