@UPS still waiting for a QR code to pick up a parcel that you said was ready for collection on 26 Feb. Really poor service, sending me emails to say you’ll respond in 1-2 days isn’t good enough!

@ExpediaUK your virtual agent system is extremely poor. 2nd attempt at trying to sort a refund for my transfer that wouldn’t take us from the airport to the hotel and for the 50 euro taxi I had to pay for instead. Being told ‘best you can do’ is a 50 dollar coupon!!!

Very disappointed with the response from @ATGTICKETS . Explained that I’m a nurse working on a ward with a covid outbreak. I’ve been in close contact with a number of staff and patients,I don’t use track and trace as I would get“pinged”daily to isolate.only get a refund if c19+ve
