The Gender Recognition Bill was passed by Parliament. It’s a Scottish Parliament Bill not “Nicola Sturgeon’s Bill” or “the SNP’s Bill”.
It was a cross party Bill & members of all parties voted for it. The Tories were the only party which did not support it.
