Feeling emotional today. Kinda want to numb it all down but not entirely sure why. The only way out is through. Guess I just have to try to sit with these feelings and let it be ok to feel them. Learning that in therapy. Now got to implement it! 260 days abstinent from ref. sugar

@BonJoviTalk I love all their voices. I will NEVER say anything against Richie because it was his solo music that pulled me back from the cliff edge. I wouldn't be sitting, watching ppl bickering over who has the best voice, without him. That aside, I prefer Richie's voice.

@extra_cat Thank you. Physically, I can do without it now but my brain still obsesses and wants it SOOOO badly. I am proud that I made it this far. They keep telling me I need to go to OA (Overeaters Anonymous). I went once, lol.

@hope_gainey @Jerrybraden92 I have an inbox full of messages (ignored ones) from fake rockstars and other fake celebrities. There are so many that it would take a year to delete and block them all, lol (slight exaggeration). Most of them either claim to be Jon or Richie.
