Big sinkhole on Joppa Rd. near Walther Blvd. in Parkville. Neighbors woke up to the sound of rushing water around 2am. One man told me something similar happened on this road about a year ago.. creating a sinkhole in his backyard that still hasn’t been fixed. @WMAR2News

This is Alexandr "Sasha" Kirsanov skating with the director at Ice World in Harford County, Jodie Timmins. She recalled to me today how she just "had a feeling" Sasha was on the plane that crashed, but even after her fears were confirmed.. she held out hope. @WMAR2News

Several of the plane crash victims are from Maryland, including a group of guys who were coming home from a hunting trip in Kansas. They had wives and young children. There's been a huge show of support for them through online fundraisers. @WMAR2News

NEW: A 35 y/o man was shot by a bailiff inside the courthouse after the man pulled out a gun. The man also turned the weapon on himself. He's in the hospital. Police say he appeared to be suffering a "behavioral crisis" when he entered the courthouse.
Police Commissioner Worley and PIO are currently on the scene of a serious shooting in the 1400 block of East North Avenue. More information will be released once it becomes available. Media Staging area will be at the corner of East North Avenue at Harford Road.
