I can't wait to get working on the update in 2024❤️
"I don't get the clients I want" 📘
Good clients value your work. ✅
Bad ones don't. ❌
A $20 client often wants the most work.
Stop settling for bad clients.
Standards will attract better ones. 🧲
If you're creating motion graphics in Premiere Pro, I cannot stress this enough - use motion blur. The difference is night and day!
To help you keep your graphics smooth, I've linked a (FREE 📢) motion blur preset:
Enjoy! ❤️
Hidden Gems of Premiere: 'Posterize Time'💡
60fps is smooth, but it's important to remember: sometimes less is more.
Lowering the framerate of your graphics with this effect will allow the viewer to digest what's going on, therefore making them memorable.
"I'm not getting any clients" ♦️
The solution seems too easy:
Apply, apply, apply. 🖱️
Worst case scenario, you have a lot of clients. 🤷♂️
It's a numbers game.
Reach out. ✅
"My retention is too low" ♦️
A lot of viewers will watch on mute.
On the bus, at work, etc. 🔇
If they can't understand, they'll leave.
Does your video work on mute? 💭
"My video is too confusing" ❓
Try closing your eyes, and just listen.
Does the video make sense? 💭
If so, your video is clear.
If not, go back to the timeline. 👈
"I can't find my files!" ❓
If you can't, they're not sorted right.
You likely spend as much time searching as editing.

📢 New this week: more crazy AI sh*t.📢
🕒 Thumbnails, graphics, concepts...
All done in minutes.
🧪With Adobe Photoshop's new AI 'Generative Fill', there's no better time to experiment.
Stop sending clients messages like this. ❌
It's informal, it's strange and it says nothing.
Your first message should:
1. Be concise 📘
2. Have a proposal 🤝
3. Contain your work 🔗
Don't waste the client's time by just saying "Hey!".
If this helped you, I'd love a follow or retweet! Let me know if you have any questions ❤️
And all the support on my tweets and pack makes me so happy, you all have no idea 🫠
"My motion is lifeless" ♦️
Ask yourself:
How would this object move?
A ball rolls ⚽️
A feather floats 🪶
A gift bursts 🎁
This is how you give graphics life.
For example, how would this move? ⤵️
📢 Calling all video editors
❌ Time spent ≠ Productivity
Take a break. Time spent of the screen is just as vital as time spent on it.
Here's how to step away, properly.

🎦Video editors:
💡Inspiration is currency, and there are a lot of talented editors out there with ideas...
...the difficult part is applying them to your edits.
To help you do that, I've linked one of my favourite presets in the replies. Enjoy 🫶
🕒The average person judges someone within 30 seconds of seeing them.
Clients will judge you in the first 5.
💡When reaching out to those clients, be clear and be concise in your wording. Think before you send.
A good impression makes all the difference.
@HHillierSmith
Don’t buy that expensive software yet.
The restrictions of a basic program means you’ll focus on your creative instead of technical ability first.
Those graphics can wait.
You now have this stylish paper text effect on your text! To save you time, here’s a link to a preset for the effect:
If you found this tutorial useful, let me know by leaving a like or a suggestion for a preset you want to see! ❤️
"My videos are boring..." ♦️
Ask yourself this:
What footage do I NEED?
It has to add something, be it plot, comedy, etc.
If it just works as footage, that's not enough.
Cut it. ✂️
@levvisrl
All of them are my own presets!
The quick shakes are tilt pop or fast and slow shake in and out, and the constant shake is my angry shake!
More on those next video!
@EditorJayYT
@bl4nkster
Some ambient siren noises or newspaper printing SFX would be sick, and I think even sometimes a cut is better than a rip transition
The graphics are absolutely perfect though!
@italog435
¡Me alegra mucho que te haya gustado! Seguiré con algunos tutoriales adicionales después de este video, pero por ahora te recomendaría hacer un guión gráfico de tus ediciones e imaginar cómo se movería un objeto en la vida real.
@Peter_Editing
This is true!
People so often underestimate simplicity. Something being clear goes a long way.
Only editors are looking for complex edits. Viewers aren’t!
