I am excited to share I have been named principal of Central High School! For 10 years I was the principal at Hillwood Middle School that feeds Central. I am overjoyed to be a part of Charger Nation again, and to reconnect with the students, staff, and families!!!

I originally wanted to be a kindergarten teacher, however I ended up beginning my career in high school. Several years later I jumped over to middle school and loved it. Now as my sister said, I have come full circle with this exciting opportunity. Thank you

My students and staff raised funds for two years for this future memorial and presented them a check for over $10,000 on Veterans Day 2017! I love that my Huskies are helping to make history!

February 26, 2019, was a historic day! The Site for the new Desert Storm and Desert Shield Memorial was dedicated in Washington D.C. Located at the National Mall next to the Lincoln Memorial and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the new Memorial is projected to be completed by 2021.

I agree! I use to get hundreds of applicants per open position. Last year it dropped to about thirty.
It doesn’t help that out Legislatures are not giving districts money for raises here in Texas even with BILLIONS of dollars in surplus.
