Do you think DSNS will ever develop DSNS specific rotations or support development posts in the near future?

As I’m sure your aware, some will post at certain times of the year to get the ‘cream of the crop’ but a lot of my cohort are holding off as they are waiting for posts

This will also support staff retention 💚
