@EM_RESUS Poor R wave progression, hyper acute T’s anterior and lateral. Maybe DeWinters in V5/6. T inversion in III. Flirting with the 🇿🇦 ECG pattern. Exclude occlusion MI. Cocaine on board? Other Risk Fx? Low threshold for cath.

I work in emergency medicine. I treat ppl of all genders, religions, ethnicity, socioeconomic status. I’ve treated m*rderers. Never have I ever threatened, inflicted, or wished harm on patient. If you are in health care, you treat the patient. If you can’t, find a different job.

How do we know this isn’t happening in other countries?

@EM_RESUS Great video as usual! I’d add 2 things: 1) I see the value of ST depression and T inversion in 1 & aVL more when the ST findings in inferior leads are subtle 2) if the AFib is new but ST ⬆️, gotta think possible embolic OMI (so cath lab even if patient had recent “clean” cath).
