@nexta_tv There was such an agreement - called Budapest memorandum 1994 if I’m not mistaken. Didn’t worked out. Security guarantees are useless otherwise they would have deterred russia from invading (which was one of the signers of the initial memorandum). Ukraine has now own long range.
