针对下一次 Pectra（Prague/Electra）升级，核心开发者最新的讨论更新，目前明确会进入 Pectra 升级的 EIP 有 2537 (BLS precompile), 6110 (validator deposits), 7002 (EL exists), 7549 (index outside attestation)，而 Verkle 将被放在下一个 Osaka 升级中。
Dencun 升级后下一个 Electra/Prague 升级也已经开启讨论，从目前核心开发者提议囊括的协议来看执行层（EL）协议明显多于共识层（CL）协议。
其中 Verkle tree 和 DAS（数据可用性采用）工作量比较大的，可能会分别单独成为一个分叉，本周四（18号） ACDE（以太坊核心开发者执行层）会议也将会讨论。

关于 blob 经济学和 block building 有意思的两个点：
1⃣Blobconomics方面：Blob 相比 calldata 增加了数据容量，但同时也增加了额外的延迟，因此 block builder 需要针对时间和收益进行权衡。较大的 block 由于需要更多时间来模拟和处理，可能会被某些 relay（如 flashbots）所限制。Blob sender
