Cancelled: Following extensive discussions, EERA and the Local Organising Committee have agreed to cancel ECER 2020 in Glasgow. Our primary consideration when making this decision was the health and wellbeing of conference participants.

'Reconnecting EERA' 23 - 28 August Online: Keynotes, Panels and Network Activities
At the centre of the 'Reconnecting EERA' week will be a series of recorded presentations by the ECER 2020 keynote speakers and on Friday a live Keynote Panel discussion.
The 6 ECER 2019 keynote lectures can be viewed on the Universität Hamburg website. The keynote speakers were Karen Block, Dieter Lenzen, Heila Lotz-Sisitka, Annette Scheunpflug, Dirk Van Damme and Arjen Wals.
A special shout out to doctoral student Sabiha Üzüm who, at her very first ECER, jumped in to act as chairperson of the session she was preseting in when the scheduled chairperson had to cancel just a few minutes before the session began. Well done!!

EERA's Emerging Researchers Group is pleased to announce that Lisa Bugno of the University of Padova has been selected to be the next ERG Link Convenor. Lisa will act as shadow for one year and take over from Saneeya Quereshi after ECER 2024. Congratulations, Lisa!
