I am delighted to share the wonderful news. On Tuesday Miss Gillespie gave birth to a beautiful baby girl--Amelia. Both mother and baby are doing well. I'm sure you will join us in welcoming Amelia to the world and congratulating the proud mummy and daddy. She is a wee cutie!

Good morning. On this day of giving thanks I thank the parents and community volunteers, dedicated staff, 2 JCBs and a snow plough for performing nothing short of a miracle in being able to clear our huge campus!! Definitely true that together we can do it!

It is a great pleasure to inform you that one of our parents, Dave Brown from Rustic Eco Properties has donated 6 brand new Eco benches for our school garden. This has saved in excess of £600. Our sincere thanks for such generosity once again! The children think they are super!

Our busy classroom and school cleaner has finally decided to put away her mop and bucket and retire after 16+ years at Dunipace Primary School. We will all miss you. (Although we will see at lunchtimes)

As a result of our tremendous community support we have raised just over £1500 from our Christmas events. Well done to our nursery children, infants and upper school for their wonderful creative performances. We will be donating £1000 to Strathcarron Hospice.

We did it! We are now an RRSA Silver Award school showing how committed we are to teaching children about their rights. Pupils and staff were brilliant and spoke so eloquently about their rights. Pupils’ involvement in the school came out really strongly.
