@BrathBonespurs @NoCapMediaa Although I should add, Cam car could argue that due to poor angle, there was no way they knew the vehicle was expecting to do a left turn. Ironically, where I live that sort of left turn is illegal on most major-ish roads, X feet from certain lights you must turn right.

@NoCapMediaa And look that 40/60 is a worst case scenario in my head, also, I don't make the rules, I just know claims adjusters and insurers of various temperaments.
