There is a contract on Monad devnet that has seen 26 trillion gas expended lmao. This is 240 days of Ethereum max gas and 15 days of Base L2 max gas, run by one team messing around with their app over the past week or so. I think it can go a lot higher.

Keone is absolutely right about needing more skepticism in DeFi – the biggest mishaps in crypto have often happened when people didn't ask enough tough questions. That said, after putting Monad's Devnet through intense testing ourselves, we can back up what Keone and the team.
I don't mind when folks are skeptical about Monad's performance or architecture, or when the baseline assumption that it's simply a fork. We need a higher degree of skepticism in the space. There is a long history of forks w/ param tweaks. Keep the questions coming or send a DM.
