Want a Coach Who Actually Knows WTF They’re Doing? Most “coaches” just give you a generic plan and call it a day. If you actually want: ✅ A plan that’s built for YOU (not just “hit protein, train hard bro”) ✅ Deep understanding of your body, labs, and what actually works ✅ Ongoing support & adjustments (because progress isn’t linear) ✅ Direct access to me on Telegram to ask questions whenever you need I have 3 coaching spots open this month. If you’re serious about optimizing your physique, performance, and health—DM me/sign up through the link in my bio. Not Ready for Coaching? Need Expert Guidance on One Thing? I also offer one-time consultations for: 🔹 Lab work interpretation & health optimization 🔹 Advanced supplement, PED, & recovery strategies 🔹 Training & nutrition tweaks for faster progress 30-minute call: $200 1-hour call (required for lab reviews): $300 If your call involves bloodwork, book a 1-hour session and send me your labs at least 24 hours before—so we actually spend the time strategizing instead of me reading over your labs for the first time. 🔹 Need more time? Add extra 30-min blocks for $100 🔹 Can also extend a session during the call if needed 📩 DM me after booking to confirm. Why Work With Me? There’s a reason my clients get better results in 3 months than most do in years. I’m not just another coach who took a weekend cert—I have both an advanced level understanding of pharmacology, human biology, performance enhancement etc; as well as a decade of practical experience in bodybuilding and the ultimate practical experience in health optimization (resolving multiple severe chronic diseases in myself despite piss poor genetics in this regard) If you want actual science-backed coaching instead of info from YouTube and guesswork, lock in a spot before they’re gone.

@GestaltedApe @BowTiedHRT GW-501516 is used in basically every endurance sport. Theres tons of instances of MMA, cycling, T&F, rowing athletes etc. testing positive for it (and that’s just the small percentage who get caught)

@BowTiedNeuron Wait you mean to tell me all of the neurotransmitters that we have evolved complex systems of receptors and means of regulation/homeostatic mechanisms for over millions of yrs are actually not bad?

Agreed on the overall point (getting lean is a prerequisite before embarking on a serious mass gaining phase as I’ve told you guys again and again to the disappointment of all the wanna be permabulkers). But honestly once you reach a decent level of physique advancement/amount of lean mass there is no need to ever even get that fat in the offseason/bulk. Going over 12-13% (ie losing abs) is diminishing returns. 15%+ is just straight up fat/no man’s land. You want to avoid getting there at all in the first place however possible (and if there first order of business again is GET LEAN). Most pros are not going over 12% in the offseason today. In fact a lot stay closer to ~10%. They just appear higher BF if they post pictures during this period because they are holding more water (due to both PEDs/higher test and GH as well as primarily just the amount of carbs/calories required) which particularly to the untrained eye gives the appearance they are much higher BF than they are. This is why if you’ve noticed you’ll often see a high level guy (at least if the few who post true offseason physique pics) looking bloofy and fat and then start a prep and less than 4 weeks later look WAAAYY leaner. They didn’t actually drop 6-8%BF in that short time they just stopped eating 900-1000g+ of carbs daily.

Learned this the hard way on 1st bulk... Would recommend finishing a cut at 8-10% and ending the bulk at 15-16%. You get a better runway the leaner you are when you start the bulk (can gain for longer without getting fat as quickly). Makes the bulk more enjoyable too.

I think because bodybuilders are more likely to use “health peptides” primarily because they are very comfortable sticking themselves with syringes and have access to them (many sources where black/grey or clinic that people get AAS from also happen to carry peptides simply due to the regulatory status of each and the crossover in their addressable/target markets) people/gen pop has somehow associated these peptides with muscle growth. The truth is the only peptides that are going to do anything significant in the way of muscle growth are the ones I mentioned in my tweet I quoted here. The peptides that most people think of when they hear this word/that your clinic offers have absolutely nothing to do with growing muscle. That’s not to say they are useless I use plenty of them myself and have recommended many in a variety of different situations to clients. But for those of you asking which of the list of peptides your clinic offers or on some grey market site are going to give you the “best gains” etc the answer is none and that you should do substantially more research/have some kind of guidance or oversight before putting anything in your body because this indicates to me a lack of very basic education on the topic.

Oh if it’s just some gym dealer that’s a little different. Still though I would want to see testing/get my shit tested if I had to get it from someone like that haha. And ya GH, insulin and its analogs, IGF-1/Increlex/Iplex are all peptides. Most of the time when I refer to peptides at least in a bodybuilding context (“keep AAS lower and rely more on the peptides” ex.) these 3 are what I am actually talking about. Not the stuff that gets sold by peptides sites that while useful for various things really have nothing to do with bodybuilding/muscle growth. I think people confuse the “bodybuilder” peptide references with the more (newly) mainstream peptides often when myself or other bodybuilders/coaches say this. I’ve multiple times made a post referring/speaking about these and had people messaging me about whether Ipamorelin or Tesamorelin is the best GH peptide or whether BPC-157 increases GH (lol) etc. I usually say something like “rHGH is the best GH peptide” haha

Also just so you are aware (based on your original comment) peptides have absolutely nothing to do with testosterone or “t like compounds” (which would be AAS). The only reason you see them sold/prescribed from similar places is that they both exist in the same grey legal area in many cases/places and also the same market/individuals using test/AAS are more likely to also use peptides than most people

GH actually is a peptide (the best one) just doesn’t get sold by normal/grey peptide sites or clinics because it’s illegal to sell in the U.S. for a non FDA approved indication (ie. Even though it’s not a CS/possession is legal it’s treated as a CS in case of sale and also has specific law written for it preventing off label prescribing). But all the stuff at the end of this list are AAS, AIs, SERMs etc. which definitely are not peptides and to me a big red flag if this is a clinic of some kind that they don’t even know that/couldn’t go to the trouble of a basic google search to look legit.

The point being no bodybuilder who knows what they are doing/has a good/knowledgable coach is “messing themselves up” today even at advanced bodybuilding doses of PEDs. This idea among gen pop comes from the few guys in the 2000s/early-mid 2010s (most of whom were known for their massive drug use far in excess of the average IFBB pro and lack of regard for health) who died in heavily publicized ways. And to end/add this has even less (nothing) to do with people who are using testosterone only at TRT/therapeutic doses which is a health ENHANCING intervention when done properly.

@MrJenkei @xansndtrans The DHT def gives a great cosmetic look in terms of dryness/hardness/added separation and pop to the muscle but ya it’s not going to get you results even close to this without the diet/training in place or the metabolic optimization (GH and retatrutide here).

100% everyone was messaging me or commenting on results post I made a week or 2 ago of him about the DHT (“oh a magical steroid I’ve never used before? That must be the secret/why I haven’t been getting the results I want”). Didn’t have a single person reach out and ask me about the diet/training etc. it took.

@BowTiedKakashi @xansndtrans For real I was worried when I posted the client transformation post a few weeks back with some of his earlier progress pics that people were going to say it was fake (even though it was 100% real) because of the phenomenal rate of progress.

Yup those were bangers back in the day. Although I feel like even those ones haven’t aged well when I’ve listened to them more recently. Then after he started trying to make every song some kind of political/civil rights statement or acting like it’s somehow some profound artistic thing he really fell off
