Let’s get this straight.
The UK “cannot afford” to adequately resource the NHS or pay it’s doctors, nurses or teachers properly,
Yet somehow there’s plenty of money available for unjust foreign wars??

I’d like to highlight I advised a patient to attend the local pharmacy as per the PCN guidelines last year. The patient was so upset at this new advice that she reported me to the GMC.

Dear PAs,
If you want to play Dr so badly, why don’t you just go to medschool & get a medical degree.
It’s that simple.
All of a sudden, you’ll be able to:

✅ refer
✅ request ionising radiation
✅ register with the GMC

Spoke to a local GP partner (West Mids) - the ARRS (aka GP replacement scheme) has been an absolute Godsend for them.
Apparently they are “no longer obliged by NHS England” to employ doctors, PCN pays clinical staff wages & their income has rocketed to £250k/yr as a result.

We’re all being replaced 1 by 1.
Meanwhile patients cannot see a doctor on the NHS.
General practice is heading down the path of dentistry.
A fitness to practise tribunal (MPTS) determines that a PA's history should be repeated by a doctor and a PA's examination should be repeated by a doctor too.
