@AZ_EP_DOC I check the voltage on the posterior wall with higher upper cut off of 1.1mV. Voltage of 0.6 or 0.7mV is not really normal and if I see any lower voltage there, I go after the posterior wall before trying to look for triggers with Isuprel.

@JonMelman It is definitely much higher than what we see in our practice, I personally have yet to have my first. However, the real world data is consistently showing a higher risk for complications, driven by less experienced operators.
