Offering staff free public transport passes, money off cycles and bonus pay to NOT take parking passes would solve issues like this and move organisations towards carbon sustainability. Of course, that would take visionary leadership, which some Trusts seriously lack.
Hi @BelfastTrust It seems many resident doctors have had their car parking passes revoked You know - the people who literally keep the hospital running (Royal Victoria Hospital) Who are these permanent staff that are more entitled to park at their place of work than doctors?
