@BeAwesomeBeAdam I've left on time a handful of days. I've exception reported regularly on both rotations this year and I'm desperately trying to make marginal improvements to ensure some efficiency and support for essentially anyone coming behind me but I feel I'm having the opposite effect.

@jabberwock951 It requires a certain degree of reflection and integrity to admit your department and wards are a bit shit and I'm not sure the NHS will ever get there.

@jabberwock951 I feel extremely uncomfortable about this but the reality is if I did it for every event I saw then that's all I'd do in myday. Same with exception reporting. And completely valid point about account and logins. The sceptic in me thinks it's purposeful obstruction to discourage.
