Cut with scissor through the elbow. Will take some force but comes off. Makes you to do a proper dissection. Can’t finish the dissection with the applier like I’ve seen done with metal clips. Use them for appys/choles. No issues

@JohnAzzaritiNJ @LorenAdler So premiums are going to go ratchet up or go be lower? You say both. Please let me know if premiums have gone down in the states that have a similar hhs rules. All for patients not being burdened with surprise bills as the law is written. HHS should not be re-writing the law.
