@sara_dimeo Largest issue (for me) is having a good data set to work off of. This is one of my higher priorities right now in terms of fixing. Making entrustment decisions and recommendations based off of incomplete/poor data is common. This is partly the tool, and partly engagement.

@armyemdoc Also consider 2 mg midazolam IV. One small study couldn’t enroll everyone they wanted to because once people saw how effective it was they refused subsequent randomization of their patients, but for the sample size they got it was quite effective.
