@j0rdanistyping @GinoHard_ New idea: NHL can make changes to their rule if people are unhappy? NHL has called no GI when a Dman shoves a guy on top of a goalie before. They are likely to call GI anytime a guy willingly skates into the crease and has contact with a goalie while goalie is doing their job

@CrazyCapsFanboi @GinoHard_ Lolz Doughty wasn’t forced into the crease. He easily could’ve skated around the net if he wanted to. You can see his trajectory even before contact. Not sure why everyone is so mad about this, I’m just going by what they’ve been calling all year. Get them to change the rule 🤷🏻‍♂️

@JakeBroer @GinoHard_ Doughty first went into the crease. He accepts all liability once’s he in there. Can you stand in the crease and not get GI? Yes, you cannot make contact with the goalie while standing there. It’s his space to make a play. That’s how they’ve called GI all year.
