Early ablation was associated with: ๐ขโฌ๏ธ Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Recurrence. ๐ขโฌ๏ธ All-Cause Mortality. ๐ข A trend toward an association with a lower incidence of stroke. ๐ซ No significant effect on Heart Failure. ๐ต Early ablation is more beneficial for AF recurrence in paroxysmal AF, with a notable decrease in benefit over time, while in persistent AF, the benefit remains significant but slightly decreases over time.
