@dr_l_evans I see - although the sentencing council website has mental illness under mitigating factors โindicating lower culpabilityโ. Iโm sure the law was followed correctly, but as a psychiatrist I think it doesnโt make sense to have depression as mitigation for SO.

Couldnโt agree more with this. And even when in crisis, getting the right treatment is still very challenging.
