This organisation is a genuine support system for anyone victimised or as in my case arrested, for what they have said, written or they believe. Their support includes not only specialist legal help including barrister representation but also offers press specialists, professional counselling and therapy. I cannot thank Toby and his team enough for the help and the support they gave me free of charge, at a time when I was unable to think for myself and unable to cope with the enormity of the problem I faced, they were always there. I stand by my quote in the Telegraph today: “As chair, I will not allow the UKCP to be bullied into turning a blind eye to the safety of children.” The safety of children has to be the number one priority to a regulator of child psychotherapy.

There were lots of people including healthcare professionals who were warning of this at the time. The media ridiculed and shamed them
