@ProfRobHoward If you enjoy a fretful narrator. Zips along, some nice descriptive detail. This was a random charity shop find - I enjoyed Perfume many years ago.

@DrAnnieHickox If you will allow other post-modern recommendations, might I suggest Rautavaara’s 7th symphony, and also Cantus Arcticus (one of my favourite orchestral works)
