14/12/2023 would only be 28 days from 16/11/2023, but I received neither acknowledgement nor correction, so I can only assume that there was never any serious intention of acting on my request for termination.

@virginmedia @Ofcom Looking at my timeline here, it would appear that I tweeted after calling 16/11/2023. I thought it was 14/11/2023 because I was given the termination date 14/12/2023, which would therefore have only been 28 days from that date.
