If you aren't a publisher, wouldn't it make the most sense that people would then need a permit to host a large display depending on the local restrictions, but no restriction on speech outside legal bounds? I'm sick of hearing TikTok is a free speech issue. The govnt stops a chinese company from owning social media, but similar US companies can ban users? We have either 1: a private company, B: free speech on a public platorm, or True: A big section 230 issue no one is approaching.
