But now a two week period could be risky but could avoid graft infection and bacteremia when using the same access site used the first time. Otherwise, a higher access if possible with adequate preop antibiotics

@rbarbosa91 It is a basic principle… As a baby you first learn to sit, then get up and later start walking. I use this anlogy with residents. After you master the use of the instrument then you can free style in special circumstances.
