@biologistimo Thanks! Good for you for sticking to your decision (which takes guts), though sorry you had to (as it’s unnecessary effort on top of medical problem). I hope your procedure goes well! If managing such gets overwhelming, maybe a patient advocate could help?

@biologistimo Belatedly occurs to me- I wonder if poor management of women’s pain is part of why fibromyalgia is more common in women???! (While a concussion apparently triggered mine, I strongly suspect that all that toughing it out I did through pain, including GYN, contributed.)
