Omg just stopped on a country road as a cyclist was on the floor having a heart attack. 2 hours for an ambulance. Kept warm & hauled into my car & taken to urgent care. I’m shaking now. Was ready for chest compressions. He’s in the care of the drs now. First aid is REAL.

Just got my CT results back & it’s good news. The cyst in my sinuses has gone and the tumour has SHRUNK 2mm (from 13mm to 11mm!) since my last scan!. I think I’m going to cry with joy!. This is the first time this has EVER happened. #GardeningTwitter #GardeningX

I grow carrots in containers with spent compost. Carrots 🥕 don’t like freshly fertilised soil and are happy in well drained compost. I also leave some of them in the pots until Xmas day and harvest them for dinner. #GardeningTwitter
