Five years since the world lost Caroll Spinney and René Auberjonois today. I've been thinking about them both a lot lately, especially because we're midway through DS9 season five and I just picked up a shirt with Big Bird on it. They still matter to me and likely always will.

Just booked to see the mighty @JohnLithgow in Giant the day before I see the mighty @CraigeEls78 again in Just For One Day. Which might be the only time in my life I see two back to back West End shows with 6ft4in leading actors who've also played iconic aliens in TV shows. 😉

@huwareyou I've been on BlueSky for a long time now and it's really a much friendlier experience. It helps that there are automated moderation lists to keep the fascists away from you if you so choose.
