Very cool paper from @Tim_RBishop, @Michael_A_Erb, and team! Findings include that PANK4 loss causes resistance to acetyl-CoA-competitive HAT inhibitors due to increased acetyl-CoA production - consistent with PANK4 being a suppressor of CoA biosynthesis!
