Bringing science to life one Diamondback Energy STEM Lab at a time with @Midland_ISD!

Diamondback Energy partnered with @syGlassVR, Inc to bring a virtual reality STEM Lab to students at @Midland_ISD's Young Women's Leadership Academy! The lab offers two accredited courses – Neuroscience and Anatomy & Physiology – and gives students immersive, hands-on experiences integrating technology and scientific data. The curriculum empowers @YWLAMidland students to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. The initiative not only enhances students’ educational experience but also inspires the next generation of scientists and medical professionals. We're honored to support students interested in STEM at YWLA!

Recently, the @MidlandChamber hosted its State of Oil & Gas luncheon with more than 800 attendees! We loved spreading holiday joy to more than 1,100 local educators at Midland Education Foundation's (MEF) third annual Teacher Winter Wishes Spectacular! From pencil sharpeners to desk chairs, 90 Diamondback employees stepped up to distribute classroom supplies to teachers at the event. Thank you, MEF, for organizing this opportunity to give back to our educators!

The Christmas spirit was in full swing at this year's Gingerbread Haven! This popular holiday event celebrates Midland Fair Havens' powerful work in our community. Funds raised support the nonprofit's mission to aid single mothers and their children through times of crisis with residential services, parenting classes, and financial support. Diamondback is honored to stand alongside and give back to this local champion for families!

It's the most wonderful time of the year, especially when Santa comes to visit! 🎅 To bring Christmas cheer this holiday season, Diamondback joined @MidlandTxPD for its Blue Santa Toy Drive! Through this special initiative, local companies and organizations gather new toys to gift to families and children in need in the Permian Basin. Reading our way through year three of our Reading Buddies program with @Midland_ISD's Bunche Elementary! Thank you, @Op_Tribe for partnering with us this year to make it even more impactful.

Diamondback’s Reading Buddies program is back at @Midland_ISD's Bunche Elementary! This marks the third consecutive year for this special program and features a new partnership with @Op_Tribe. With more than 30 Diamondback volunteers, the Reading Buddies program enhances mentorship and literacy support for 2nd-4th grade students. Our volunteers meet with their student or small group once a week during lunch to read a book together, create a friendship, and play a game. Our employees are excited for another fun and impactful year with Opportunity Tribe volunteers and Bunche Elementary students!
