@b_abiram @chandrarsrikant They train them as the candidates from college are not readily employable... After 2.5 years of training and paid for the entire time, they are not able to clear evaluation exams three times, they should have resigned instead of waiting.

@viswanath_vis @chandrarsrikant @shaw_reshab They failed to match standards even after the 2.5 years of free training & lodging and that involves payment of salary as well to them... They themselves should have resigned and left way back rather than forcing the company to fire them.
