Another Special post for the people who still say that Ayurveda is a Pseudoscience and Ayurvedic medicine cannot treat any disease. Also for those who think that single case Study is of no use, then they should refer WHO guideline which says,"According to the theories and concepts of traditional medicine, as mentioned in Part 1 (section 1.3), the prevention, diagnosis, improvement and treatment of illness is often based on the specific needs of the individual patient. Therefore, single-case studies for the evaluation of the efficacy of a herbal medicine should not be ignored."(Reference-General Guidelines for Methodologies on Research and Evaluation of Traditional Medicine by WHO) 🌿60 year old Patient was Diagnosed with Rhino orbital Mucormycosis(Histopathology and KOH preparation proven)and was advised Surgery for the sinuses and affected eye urgently (Surgically removing the affected part is the main treatment in Conventional science followed by Oral and or IV antifungal drugs). 🌿Patient Refused to go for Surgical intervention and choose to take Ayurveda treatment. 🌿In Conventional science Reoccurrence rate is also high and Mortality rate is above 50% according to some studies This Patient was successfully treated with Ayurveda treatment (Standalone) and no modern medicines were used. 🌿After 3 years of getting treated, latest CT scan shows no sign of active disease and also in these 3 years there was no recurrence of disease till now. 🌿Invasive fungal sinusitis is potentially life-threatening and carries a poor prognosis. Invasion causes complications such as cavernous sinus thrombosis and central nervous system infections with mortality of around 50%; therefore, urgent treatment is necessary. Complications can occur fast, and recurrence of disease is not unusual, and repeated debridements are often required. Survivers might have facial deformities, nerve damage, and chronic pain. Ayurved is not Pseudoscience, it is a complete health science. #ayurveda #MedTwitter #MedX @Drnesari @moayush @PMOIndia @jobanmodhaa @Prasadm_Vaidya @anandrai177 @DrRamOfficial @DrSarvapriya @drmohanv @elonmusk @anandmahindra @vdnehals__08 @DeepikaBhardwaj @HerbalistChief @TheGopalan @NIAJaipur @AIIA_NDelhi @drkeithsiau

For this we study five and half years in college, can't explain it here... You may read some books whenever you are free to understand them. I will suggest you a good book written by a Cardiac Surgeon on Ayurveda, Find a book named "The legacy of Charak" on Internet and read it you will understand it very easily as it is written by Cardiac Surgeon

@Samitinjay2 @theliverdr Finding one chemical and using it as a medicine is not Ayurveda, Ayurveda sees everything as a whole.. i.e. Using curcumin as a medicine is not Ayurveda, Using Turmeric as a whole is Ayurveda...
