I’d like to know, too. My kids are in school here in Florida, and I want them to learn accurate things and the truth about what happened in the past. Merely “voting them out” doesn’t work where I am since it’s all rigged. No Dems are ever on the ballot.

This is America? Home of the Free…my heart hurts for this brave woman and all women whose fundamental human rights, dignity and freedom have been taken away in crazy states like Texas and Florida. That the government has this much power should frighten and embarrass us all.
Instead of being able to grieve privately, Cox will now face a media spotlight & possible lawsuit under SB8 for anyone who assisted her after Texas refused to let her make her own decision about her medical care.

Regardless of what the Bible says or what Christians believe, why does it have to be forced onto everyone else? The majority of people in the country are not Christian and do not have the same beliefs. 1st Amendment grants freedom FROM religion. Live and let live.

Actually, Sabrina, the Romanian gymnast who was in the 5th place, truly won. Part of this debacle is that the judges first messed up by deducting her .10 for stepping out of bounds when she never did. If not for that deduction, her score would be highest of the 3.

Why aren’t the organizations like Freedom from Religion, Planned Parenthood, ACLU and other non-Christian religious groups challenging these laws in court under the basis that they violate the separation of church and state? Florida’s literally violates its own constitution.

This is so awesome! Same thing happened to us before the game. My son got pics with most of the team including Nico and Bratt, and we got to see them all day as we were staying at the same hotel in Florida. They are all sweet guys!

I still question whether he actually “won” his first election for governor. They had to recount the votes, and a number of very progressive amendments passed (by more than 60%) on the same ballot which wouldn’t have been approved by people who voted for him. Shady.

It’s Ruff’s system that leaves the goalies hanging out to dry due to the fact that it has almost 0 room for error on the defensive side of the puck. It’s an extremely hard system to play - esp for defense. And it’s clearly not working. New coach = new system.

Apparently, Haula and his wife dissed the team and the area, Haula was also a cancer in the locker room and didn’t get along with their core players. When he went back to play there as a Pred he allegedly shot ice chips over the glass into the crowd which hit a baby. 1/2
