@HilzFuld Sadly, a large portion of voters use the media to tell them who to vote. These voters focus on feelings; not policies or results. Many are incapable of managing their on lives and they are being asked to pick a leader, so they follow what feels good or sounds good. Trump for me!

So there is your 10% he was referring to. BTW about 34% of the US population rents so it is a factual and accurate statement.

@CuriousCitizen3 @MailePRMedia Folks forget that an enormous number of people live in commercial residential properties, and their landlords also have mortgages. Those rates have and continue to be in the 10% range. SOFR plus 500 basis points is very common.
