- cant scale still because of CNY & all the current fulfillment issues we’re having, but it’s relieving to bring revenue and margins back up.

In Ecom, most of your problems revolve around having too low of an AOV
You can still scale on lower AOV but it’s just much harder and so many more headaches. I was very naive to this for awhile
Higher AOV relieves a lot of smaller problems. You can let campaigns spend longer

Slowly starting to scale this store out horiztonal, but doing it the right way making sure back end is dialed. Got pre-tracking numbers for all the orders so customers can be given a tracking number within 24 hours. Made sure supplier had stock in
