I think everyone can see that the one engaged in a smear campaign is you. I don’t know if it’s to protect your wife’s job whose recruitment in @Makerere is questioned for not following laid down procedures or if it is because indeed a leopard can’t change its spots. Smear campaign and disinformation like what you engaged in against the opposition during the 2021 elections that led to the blocking of your SM accounts is what you understand best.
